Stop And Frisk is not racist it's reasonable:

Absolutely they do. And guess what, it isn't racist. It is profiling based upon what

people who commit airline terrorism look like or where they come from. In the article we go much further into depth on this, but lets just say there is a reason they aren't double screening John Smith from Kentucky.

I agree it needs to be enforced by law in cities with high-crime rates. However the right of all Law Enforcement to stop and search a suspicious character has always existed under the 4th Amendment.

It absolutely is not unconstitutional. Read the 4th Amendment and you will see. Search is warranted with probable cause of suspicion. Police are not searching people who do not look suspicious that would miss the entire aim of the law.

Stop and Frisk is not wrong. In no way does it assume you are guilty. It simply searching suspicious people for the safety of others. It reduces crime and helps save lives. It also is justified in the 4th Amendment. Note that it must take place under reasonable suspicion. Questioning happens before searching.

Here at the Right Republic we think so too! It is beneficial for everyone, makes criminals think twice before roaming streets with weapons. Also it is justified by our 4th Amendment and therefore is Constitutional.
