"If you know your enemy and you know yourself you need not fear the results of a hundred battles. If
you know yourself but not the enemy for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know
neither the enemy nor yourself you will succumb in every battle"
- Sun Tzu
Background
In April 2011, as many as 5,000 refugees fled Syria in efforts to reach Lebanon due to the fighting and conflict from the Syrian civil war. As months passed, countries such as Turkey, Jordan, and Iraq joined efforts to help the 5,000 Syrian civilians seek refuge. On September 11th 2013, Germany agreed to help settle the 5,000 Syrian refugees as well. Other countries such as Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States of America followed in the footsteps as well.
While 5,000 refugees may seem to be a substantial number, this number would seem rather miniscule compared to the number of refugees we see today.
On June 9th, 2014, the Islamic State refugee crisis begins creating a swell of 500,000 refugees. August 10th 2014, ISIS officially takes over Syria. From 2014 to 2016, ISIS executes continuous attacks on civilians of several different countries and refugee numbers continue to rise.
Due to the constant violence and growth of ISIS, President Obama decided 10,000 refugees would be permitted to immigrate to the US.. While 10,000 refugees may seem rather generous, Hillary Clinton's new proposal calls for 65,000 Syrian refugees to enter the United States of America. That is a 550% increase from the original proposition.
This would be incredibly naive and foolish.
So why is it such a big deal to allow Syrian refugees to enter our country? When reasonable people dwell on the repercussions of allowing refugees into the country, the left thinks its their job to point the finger calling people racist, killers, xenophobes and any other racially charged name in the book. The reality of the situation that the left chooses chooses to look away from is that ISIS has already infiltrated the group of "refugees". Although it may not be politically correct to say that some "refugees" are radicalized Muslims who promise death for those who do not accept their faith, just look at what has happened in Germany and France. By ditching our emotions and looking at the empirical evidence of recent events, we can all reach a mutual stance on this issue.
The Facts
So in order to show you just why Syrian Refugees could be dangerous lets look at some quotes from our FBI director and our CIA director.
CIA Director John Brennan said that ISIS will make its way to the west through “refugee flows, smuggling routes and legitimate methods of travel”.
FBI Director James Comey said when referring to being able to properly vet these refuges: “And so if someone has never made a ripple in the pond in Syria in a way that would get their identity or their interest reflected in our database, we can query our database until the cows come home, but there will be nothing show up because we have no record of them.”
But don't worry Obama thinks that these guys are a JV team.
Below is a study of the percentage of people who find Sharia Law favorable by country. Pay attention to countries like Iraq, Jordan, Palestinian Territories, Turkey, Lebanon, Morocco and Egypt. Syrian data was unavailable for obvious reasons.

Now what is Sharia Law exactly?
• Theft is punishable by amputation of the right hand (above). • Criticizing or denying any part of the Quran is punishable by death. • Criticizing Muhammad or denying that he is a prophet is punishable by death. • Criticizing or denying Allah, the god of Islam is punishable by death. • A Muslim who becomes a non-Muslim is punishable by death. • A non-Muslim who leads a Muslim away from Islam is punishable by death. • A non-Muslim man who marries a Muslim woman is punishable by death. • A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits. • A woman cannot drive a car, as it leads to fitnah (upheaval). • A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative
And this is only a small part of a much longer list. Now you be the judge and tell me whether someone who believes in this way of life would hold the same values given to us by the Constiution.
There is a reason that Germany and France have experienced relentless attacks from ISIS in the past year. They have allowed these people into their country, and they are finally facing the repercussions of a once thought kind gesture.
Conclusion
What I have presented before you are the facts. Sharia law regardless of what you want to think, is a way of life to people who live in this area of the world. There is no doubt that ISIS has infiltrated this refugee population and we have even been warned by our FBI and CIA that this is the case. We are literally inviting potential enemies into our country.
65,000 Refugees
Lets say that the majority of these refugees are peaceful and do not wish to impose sharia law on us. And there were only a few bad apples in the bunch. Lets say 1% of the refugees were radical sharia law believers. That is 650 people. We are constantly reminded what 1 person can do. Imagine 650 radical jihadists in our country.
"The attackers in the U.S. were not refugees". Okay let's investigate this statement.
Omar Mateen:
A U.S. born citizen sure. However, in 2011 and 2012 Omar Mateen made two trips to Saudi Arabia. And just in case you needed reminding, 92% of Saudi Arabians believe that ISIS conforms to Muslim Law. Not to mention Saudi Arabia has a history of promoting terrorism going back to 9/11.
Tashfeen Malik and Syed Rizwan were the San Bernadino shooters. They Entered the U.S. on a visa from Pakistan. Pakistan is a country where 84% of its people believes sharia law should be the law of the land. And 41% of Pakistani's approve of attacks on Americans.
The problem is that western civilization does not mix with their way of life. Instead of inviting these people to our country where they can potentially hurt us, why don't we set up safe zones. We can provide these people with food, water, and shelter while keeping them close to home. We would be able to protect these people until the Syrian conflict was resolved. That would be the best solution to this problem and would prevent American loss of life.
Not only are we facing ISIS infiltration into the Syrian refugee population, we are facing the possibility of Syrian refugees becoming radicalized. I don't know about the rest of the American people but that is not a chance I am willing to take. And that is not a recommendation from FBI and CIA directors that I would disregard. Our government is playing a dangerous game with American lives if they allow 65,000 more refugees to enter this country. The only thing left to ask is if you want to play.
