What Trump assassination attempt means for his campaign

Saturday night in Reno, Nevada is often thought of as being a wild time. For Donald Trump that is exactly what it was. While at a rally in Reno, Donald Trump was rushed off stage by the secret service as reports of a person with a possible gun in the crowd became known. In the audio of the video you can hear the supporters shouting: "He has a gun". Secret service members rushed the crowd after getting Donald off of the stage. There was an arrest made and we are still awaiting details on the full story.

Its finally been done. We have finally reached the point in this election where an individual has decided that the only way to solve a disagreement is assassination. Now to be fair to this individual we do not know the entire story so this is almost all speculation to this point but let me tell you what this means if this is true.

An assassination attempt on Donald Trump does not make him weaker, it does not hurt his numbers, it does not scare his supporters. This event will make Donald Trump stronger. Donald Trump's supporters put their lives on the line when it was first discovered that there was a potential assassination attempt. They were screaming to Donald to get to cover and they were rushing the perpetrator.

Not only does this event show Trump supporters belief and faith in their candidate, it shows that what they believe is true. People are actually very upset about Donald Trump and they want to shut his mouth using violence. They don't agree with something someone says and they want to kill that person. The want to keep the status quo. They are against free speech and they have been nurtured to not be able to handle difference in opinion.This is everything that Trump supporters are fighting.

If anything this will open the eyes of the rest of the republican party. This will strengthen his base. This will bring republicans home to where they belong. This may also scare democrats from support for Hillary. It may make them feel uneasy and make them begin to question why this took place. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but something is off about this. And suppose it were to come out that this person was a Clinton backer? This would be critical to Clinton's campaign and would absolutely hurt democratic support.

Independents also will look at this incident and be disgusted. Something is wrong when an assassination attempt is attempted on a presidential candidate. This will scare independents from Clinton and push them to Trump. Usually people try to silence someone when they are making a serious change and difference.

This assassination attempt will bring Donald Trump new life.
